Pack Source: Peace Education Scotland Last Modified: 26/09/2019

This module explores nuclear winter, the climate catastrophe following nuclear war, through a booklet referencing Professor Brian Toon’s climate research (see accompanying TEDx video – 15 min), and crop-yield data exercises.

Challenges include a COBRA emergency-planning role play, cartoon analysis, and a crossword. Further pages cover radioactive pollution, uranium mining, Faslane leaks, and civil-military nuclear links.
